Quotes come back the same business day, there is no minimum order, and most parts ship 2 to 3 days after approval.

Materials for Florida Sun, Heat and Humidity
ASA is our usual pick for parts that live in sun and weather. PETG suits indoor parts, fixtures and enclosures. Polypropylene handles chemical washdown areas and living hinges. Nylon and carbon-fiber nylon add stiffness and wear resistance; tell us if the part sits somewhere humid, because nylon absorbs moisture. PA-CF, PPA-CF and PPS-CF cover higher heat and harsher chemicals, and all three are in stock. TPU is for parts that need to flex or grip. We don't publish our own UV or salt-spray test results; send the spec and we'll tell you what we can and can't confirm.

How Ordering Works (Most Jobs Never Need a Visit)
1. Send a file (.STL, .STEP, .OBJ or .3MF, zipped), a drawing, or photos with a tape measure in the frame. You can also text photos to 630-485-9984. 2. We confirm the material, print orientation and any fit-critical dimensions with you. 3. The quote comes back the same business day. 4. After approval, most parts ship in 2 to 3 days, with timing confirmed on your quote. 5. We ship to any US address, or you pick up in St. Petersburg by appointment. NDA on request. No file? Idea to First Print is $500 flat: we build the CAD from your sketch, photo or part, and the first print is included. We don't do metal, resin, injection molding or certified aerospace or medical parts, and we'll say so if another process is the better answer.
