What We Make for Production Lines
Assembly and welding fixtures, inspection nests and go/no-go gauges, line guides, chutes and change parts, machine guards, end-of-arm tooling, soft jaws, and workholding fixtures, printed in polypropylene, ASA, nylon, carbon-fiber nylon or PETG to suit the line.

Why Printed Instead of Machined
A printed fixture arrives in days, not weeks, and a revision costs one more print instead of a new machining setup. Material is matched to the job: polypropylene for chemical and washdown areas, ASA for UV and heat, nylon and carbon-fiber nylon for stiffness and wear, PETG for general-purpose guides. There is no minimum order, so one-off tooling costs what one part costs.
Best for: Line changeovers, pilot cells, replacement tooling for worn or broken fixtures, and any aid that will change again before it is worth machining.

How It Works
Send a CAD file (STEP, STL, 3MF or OBJ), a drawing, or a photo of the worn fixture with key dimensions. We confirm material and orientation, quote most single tools the same business day, and ship most jigs and fixtures in 2 to 3 days from Columbia, Missouri or St. Petersburg, Florida, to anywhere in the United States.
Best for: Teams that need a fixture on the line this week, a spare set of change parts on the shelf, or a worn tool reverse-engineered and reprinted before the next shift.
