Custom Plastic Fabrication: Made-to-Fit Parts, No Mold or Tooling

1

What We Fabricate

Brackets, mounts and holders; clips, spacers and bushings; guards, covers, housings and enclosures; adapters that join two things that were never meant to meet; cable, hose and sensor guides; equipment modifications and protective components; specialty fixtures and small assemblies. One part, or a few hundred of the same part. Materials we print include PETG for general-purpose parts, ASA for sun and weather, polypropylene for chemical washdown and living hinges, nylon and carbon-fiber nylon for stiffness and wear, and TPU where it needs to flex or grip.

Best for: Plant and maintenance engineers, automation integrators, contractors, facilities teams and product developers who are holding a part that is not in any catalog.

2

Why Fabricate It This Way

No mold, no tooling, no sheet stock: the part is built directly from its geometry, so a run of one costs one part and a revision costs one more print. Shapes a router or a press cannot make, such as internal channels, compound curves, snap fits, living hinges and threads, print as drawn. Typical accuracy is about 0.2 mm on everyday parts, and the plastics are engineering grades, not just acrylic. The honest limits: we print engineering plastics on FDM equipment. We do not cut acrylic or polycarbonate sheet, we do not injection mold, and we do not print metal or resin. We hold no certifications. If a machined, molded or sheet-metal part is the right answer for your job, we will tell you that instead of quoting.

Best for: Quantities from one to a few hundred, parts that change before they are worth tooling, and geometry that a sheet shop or a mold cannot produce.

How It Works

Send a CAD file (STEP, STL, 3MF or OBJ), a drawing, a photo with a tape measure in the frame, or the original part. If there is no file, we offer 3D scanning and CAD modeling. We confirm material, orientation and any fit-critical dimension with you before printing, quote most jobs the same business day, and ship many parts in 2 to 3 days. We ship nationwide to all 50 states, or pick up by appointment in Columbia, Missouri or St. Petersburg, Florida.

Best for: Anyone with no drawing, no file and no time.
