What Ships, and From Where
Functional prototypes, jigs and fixtures, replacement parts for discontinued equipment, low-volume production runs, and trade show replicas and display models. Every order is printed in one of our two shops, in Columbia, Missouri or St. Petersburg, Florida, and shipped to your door anywhere in the United States. Both shops are also open for pickup by appointment.

Lead Time, Minimums and Materials at a Glance
Quote: the same business day for a single part file. Minimum order: none, one part is a real order. Production: many parts ship in 2 to 3 days after approval; size, material and quantity change that. Quantities: one-offs to low-volume runs, when printing beats a mold. Materials we print include PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, polypropylene, nylon, carbon-fiber nylon, PPA-CF and PPS-CF. Process: FDM only, no metal, resin or injection molding. Confidentiality: NDA on request before you send anything. No CAD file? Idea to First Print is $500 flat: CAD built from what you send, plus the first print.

How a Nationwide Order Works
1. Send a file (.STEP, .STL, .3MF, .OBJ), a drawing, photos with something for scale, or the part itself. 2. The quote comes back the same business day, with a material recommendation and any design notes. 3. You approve, we print, and we check fit-critical features before packing. 4. It ships to your address. Reorders run from the file we keep on record. We'll tell you when a part should be machined or molded instead.
Best for: Anyone with a deadline who wants a straight answer on whether a part can be made.
