Custom HVAC Vent Covers for Condo and Commercial Buildings

1

What We Make for Buildings

Exterior wall and balcony vent covers, soffit and eave vents, louvers and louver frames, return-air and supply grilles in non-standard sizes, condensate-line and pipe-penetration covers, protective caps and guards for through-wall units, seasonal storm covers and closures, and the odd bracket, clip or trim piece that holds them on. Printed in ASA for sun and salt air, PETG for interiors, polypropylene where chemicals or washdown are involved, and TPU for gaskets and seals. We match the geometry of the cover you have, not the closest catalog size.

Best for: Condo and HOA boards, property managers, building engineers, hotel and resort facilities teams, and HVAC contractors who need a cover that no longer exists, or forty of them that all match.

Why Printed Instead of Sourced or Metal

A discontinued cover has no catalog replacement; a printed one is made from the original's shape, so it fits the opening, the screw pattern and the look of the rest of the facade. There is no mold and no tooling, so a run of twelve costs twelve parts and an odd size costs the same as a standard one. The plastics we use do not rust, pit or need repainting, and ASA holds its color in direct sun. Every cover in the set is the same part, so the building reads as one building again. The honest limits: we print engineering plastics, not metal, and offer no resin, SLS or metal printing. Our covers carry no wind-load, fire or code rating; your engineer or contractor confirms what the building requires and we make it to that geometry. Very large covers may need to be made in sections; send the size and we will tell you.

Best for: Facade renovations and reserve projects, post-storm repairs, buildings with discontinued or mismatched covers, and any retrofit where the opening is not a stock size.

How It Works

Send a photo of the cover with a tape measure in the frame, the count you need, and where it lives (sun, salt air, interior, near equipment), or ship us one original and we will measure it. If nothing is left to copy, we offer 3D scanning and CAD modeling to rebuild it from the opening. We confirm material and color, quote most jobs the same business day, print one sample for you to fit on the building, then make the set. Many parts ship in 2 to 3 days; a building's worth takes longer, and we tell you how long with the quote. Installation is by your maintenance team or contractor. Ships to all 50 states; pickup by appointment in Columbia, Missouri or St. Petersburg, Florida.

Best for: Managers who need one vendor, one sample to approve, and one invoice for the whole building.
