Discontinued OEM plastic parts such as knobs, clips, brackets, housings and covers; guides, chutes, guards and change parts for machines the OEM no longer supports; lab and clinical holders like vial racks and sample nests; architectural and restoration trim in paintable plastic; enclosures, mounts and brackets; and the adapter or holder nobody ever manufactured.
Best for: Plants, labs, property managers and restoration contractors who need to keep equipment or a building running when the original part can no longer be bought.

How Reverse-Engineering Works
Send what you have: the original part (even broken or worn), photos with something for scale, a sketch with measurements, or a CAD file (.STL, .STEP, .OBJ or .3MF). We 3D scan or model the part, confirm any fit-critical dimension with you before printing, and send a quote with material, price and lead time the same business day. Creating the CAD by scan or modeling is a flat $500, stated up front.
Best for: Anyone with no drawing and no file. Most parts ship in 2 to 3 days after approval, anywhere in the US, or pick up in Columbia, MO or St. Petersburg, FL (by appointment).

Materials, Limits and Cost
Polypropylene for chemical wash-down and flexing, ASA for sun and weather, nylon or carbon-fiber nylon for wear and load, PETG or ABS for general brackets and housings, TPU for grips and seals. We print engineering plastics on FDM machines, holding about ±0.2 mm on typical parts, and we do not print metal; many metal brackets and guides work reprinted in carbon-fiber nylon, and ornamental metalwork can be reproduced as a paintable replica.
Cost: Quotes are free and same-day. Printing is quoted per part, CAD creation is a flat $500 when it is needed, there is no minimum order, and we keep your file on record so the next one is a same-day reorder.
