3D Printed Jigs, Fixtures & Line Tooling — Parts in 2–3 Days

3D Infinity Printing makes custom jigs, fixtures, assembly guides, inspection nests and line-side tooling from your CAD file, with a same-day quote and parts in hand in 2–3 days. We print in polypropylene (PP), ASA, nylon, PETG and carbon-fibre-filled materials, so the fixture runs in the same chemical- and UV-resistant plastics your line already uses. No tooling cost, no minimum order.

What we make for production lines

  • Assembly and welding fixtures

  • Inspection nests and go/no-go gauges

  • Line guides, chutes and change parts

  • Machine guards and safety covers

  • End-of-arm tooling and soft jaws

  • Workholding and locating fixtures

Why printed instead of machined

Days, not weeks. A fixture is a one-off, so there is no tool to cut first. Revising it costs another print rather than another setup. The material is matched to the line: polypropylene for chemical wash-down and living hinges, ASA where the part sees sun or weather, nylon and carbon-fibre-filled nylon where it takes wear or load, PETG for general-purpose fixtures. A single fixture is a normal order here.

How it works

Send a CAD file (.STL, .STEP, .OBJ or .3MF — zip it first). We come back the same day with a material recommendation, a price and a lead time. Approve it and the part ships in 2–3 days.

How fast can I get a custom fixture 3D printed?

Most jigs and fixtures ship in 2–3 days after you approve the quote, and we quote the same day you send the file.

What material should a production fixture be printed in?

Polypropylene for chemical resistance and wash-down lines, ASA where the part sees sun or weather, nylon or carbon-fibre-filled nylon where it takes wear or load, and PETG for general-purpose fixtures.

Do you have a minimum order for tooling?

No. A single fixture is a normal order.

Is 3D printing strong enough for production tooling?

For most locating, holding, guiding and inspection work, yes. Where loads are high we print in carbon-fibre-filled nylon, and where printing is the wrong answer we will tell you so.
